Pete Namlook (1960-2012) was a German ambient and electronic musician who founded the label FAX +49-69/450464 in 1992, releasing an enormous body of solo work alongside long-running collaborative series with artists including Tetsu Inoue, Bill Laswell, and Klaus Schulze.
