Instituto Torcuato Di Tella
Buenos Aires cultural institute founded 1958, host to CLAEM and the most significant Argentine arts institution of the 1960s.
Founded in 1958 with Ford and Rockefeller Foundation funding, the Instituto Torcuato Di Tella grew from a modest initiative into centers spanning scientific and artistic research, theater, and music — becoming the most significant cultural institution in Buenos Aires through the 1960s, and home to Alberto Ginastera’s CLAEM.
