American audio processor manufacturer, founded 1971, maker of the Harmonizer line.
Founded in New York in 1971 by Richard Factor, Stephen Katz, and Orville Greene, Eventide built the H910 Harmonizer (1975) and its successors, effects processors whose pitch-shifting became foundational tools across popular recording.
