Mike Ratledge’s 1977 synthesizer score for Laura Mulvey and Peter Wollen’s film Riddles of the Sphinx, built on ARP and Moog synthesizers alongside an EMS Synthi AKS, sequenced through a Z-80 system hacked by Denys Irving. Released decades later by Mordant Music from audio transferred directly from BFI archive reels, the original master tapes having gone missing.
