Richard Pinhas is a French guitarist and electronic musician who, through his group Heldon from the early 1970s on, fused rock guitar with synthesizers and a philosophical engagement with cybernetics. In 2011 he performed a spontaneous live set at FIMAV with Merzbow and Wolf Eyes, released as Victoriaville Mai 2011 (2012).
