Moog Modular Synthesizer
Robert Moog's original voltage-controlled modular system, distinct from the later compact Minimoog.

The original cabinet-format Moog modular system, built from individually patched voltage-controlled modules — the instrument the compact, fixed-configuration Minimoog Model D was later distilled from, and the one Wendy Carlos famously played (and painstakingly overdubbed track by track, since it had no polyphony or sequencer memory) on Switched-On Bach (1968).
