Gordon Mumma
American composer and horn player, co-founder of the Sonic Arts Union.
Gordon Mumma is an American composer and horn player who, after working alongside Robert Ashley, David Behrman, and Alvin Lucier in the instrumental performances of the ONCE festivals, co-founded the Sonic Arts Union with them in 1966, building his own live-electronic circuitry for the group’s performances.
